Miss Sarnoff, soprano, is 23 and sang in church choirs in NYC. Hess, tenor, is 26, and formerly was a Hagerstown, Md. football hero and blacksmith’s assistant. They’re shown in costume for the principal roles in Taylor’s opera, “Ramuntoho”.
